Olympiacos vs West Ham: Prediction, kick-off time, Odds
With two victories from two so far, tonight’s Europa League kick off between Olympiakos and West Ham could edge them closer to a top of the table finish with a 3rd win from 3 games. As fellow group members SC Freiburg and Bačka Topola meet in a fixture that could see Freiburg jump to 6 points with a victory, the Hammers will be looking to comeback from their 4-1 defeat to Villa on the weekend, having not won a game since their victory at the start of October against fellow Europa side Freiburg.
Having met just twice before, West Ham have the edge with one win and one draw, but with both games having taken place way back in 1965, it might be difficult to judge the fixture based on head to head alone. In fact, looking at the Olympiakos vs West Ham betting odds, at the time of writing, BetVictor has the football betting odds down as a close fixture, with the Olympiakos odds to win at 2/1, meaning a £10 bet would return £30, while the West Ham odds are slightly tighter at 11/10, meaning a £10 bet would return £21. So with West Ham having no notable injuries and Olympiakos only missing Andreas Ndoj due to a European ban, will the game come down to the wire and will their recent runs of forms spell the difference? West Ham, as mentioned, are coming off the back of two successive games without a win, while Olympiakos are unbeaten in a four-game win, having also won 7 of their last 8 games at home, only losing against Freiburg in the Europa League competition.
As far as West Ham questions go, with Jarrod Bowen and Tomáš Souček netting 14 goals between them in all competitions, will they be started in the hope that they can score in the Europa League tonight or will the Hammers rely on Mohammed Kudus who netted the ball twice in their game against Bačka Topola on the 21st September? Perhaps with Souček lasting just 67 minutes before being subbed for Kudus in their weekend loss to Villa, and with neither one managing to have a scoring impact on the game, Moyes will leave it to fall on top scorer Bowen to find the net again, this time without four goals being conceded at the same time. No matter who puts the ball in the back of the net, West Ham seem unlikely to care if they walk away with all three points and a seemingly certain chance of qualifying first or second.

BetVictor Prediction
A tighter contest than many of the other fixtures, despite the Hammers seemingly having the stronger side on paper, the fact that Olympiakos have managed to win 7 of their last 8 games at home means this won’t be an easy game. All in all, West Ham to edge this one out over the 90 minutes.
